For those of you that have been with us before, you know what a special place this is and that the price is well worth all that you receive at this ALL-INCLUSIVE resort. This popular property is located on the Mayan Riviera .... approx. one hour South of Cancun ... and has recently made additions & remodeled certain areas..

NOT MUCH TIME ....... This package now requires that ALL (FULL) PAYMENTS be made 60 days prior to arrival.... so our time is limited. If you are serious about going, a $500 deposit (per person) will hold your space, with the balance due by 57 days prior to departure. ALL other space being held will be dropped at this date. Bahia Principe Resort, formed by three five-star all inclusive hotels, the Bahia Principe Tulum, Akumal, and Coba provide guests with unlimited food and drink 24 hours a day at multiple restaurants and bars, and offer a variety of immense pools, jacuzzis, and sundecks. Located in the Riviera Maya, 60 minutes south of Cancun, the resort is surrounded by exotic and natural beaches, Mayan ruins, and many fun and interesting places to visit. Low-rise, three story villas contain cool, contemporary, Mexi-Caribe-style guestrooms each with balcony to enjoy the resort's tropical grounds.

Rooms include marble bathrooms with bathtub, and shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, color TV with remote control. Entertainment and activities run day and night, including movies and live shows in the resort's theater and other live shows at a pretty, open-air shopping/entertainment center, Hacienda Dona Isabel, shared by the three resorts. Shuttles move guests with and between and to the Hacienda.
